Joseph Masarik

Joseph Charlie Masarik, of North Hollywood, CApassed away Sunday December 13, 2015 surrounded by his family after a lengthy illness. He was born February 2, 1928 in North Star, Michigan to Rudolph and Mary Masarik.
In 1947 he joined the Navy and served until 1951. It was during that time that he met and married the love of his life, Deloris Virgina Enders. Joseph and Deloris moved to California and had 2 children, Christina and Doak. He retired from Farmer John after 30 years of loyal employment.
Joseph was preceded in death by his wife Deloris, his parents, and his 13 brothers and sisters.
Joseph is survived by his daughter Christina and son Doak,his 4 Grandchildren Joseph and wife Amie, Lisa and her husband Rick, Brian and his wife Ashley, and Michele, and his 7 Great Grandchildren, Kienan, Stevie-Lynn, Taylor, Ricky IV, Christian, Joseph and Jaime.
Joseph was an AMAZING, caring, hardworking, fun-loving, generous husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. We were all truly lucky to have had him in our lives and his passing really leaves a void in our hearts. We will all miss you more than we can say and love you more than you will ever know!
