Renee Zabrecky

Renee Zabrecky passed away peacefully at home on March 2, 2020 surrounded by loved ones. She was born at Stirling Castle, Scotland in 1943, daughter of Patrick and Marion McGinley. In 1962 she moved to Burbank, California and in 1967 married Ralph Zabrecky. The couple raised three children, Gordon, Laura, and Rob in Burbank, where they lived for 25 years. Renee was a loving and caring daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend to many. She worked for decades as a wedding coordinator and was an active member of the British-American social organization, the Mayflower Club, for over 50 years. She is survived by her sister, Patricia, her three children, Gordon, Laura, and Rob, her cousin Helen, her three grandchildren, Jeff, Abby, and Rebecca, and her great-grandchild, Sienna. Her beauty and kindness touched every person she ever knew.
